I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boutique La Casona By Kavia. The spaciousness of my room with high ceilings was delightful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, making me feel at home. The location was perfect, providing peace while being close to attractions.

Limited poolside seating.

A charming hotel with elegant decor and a cozy atmosphere, the courteous staff made for a delightful stay. The location was ideal, close to the action yet peaceful. However, I found the swimming pool area a bit unattractive and the shower pressure was lacking.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The staff was super helpful at the 24-hour front desk, and we booked a couple of great tours. Loved the free WiFi throughout. Location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable for our needs.

However, the shower pressure was pretty weak, which was frustrating. It would have been nice to have a bit more water pressure for a refreshing shower after a long day of exploring.

Additionally, there was a cockroach around the pool area, which was quite off-putting. Considering the circumstances, I expected better service, especially given the unfriendly demeanor from the manager during my issues.

It was just a good pick for a brief hiatus in Merida with outstanding value. The room had great high ceilings which made it feel spacious and charming. If you need help, just ask the staff—they were really helpful when I asked for dining suggestions.

Concrete stairs proved hazardous, causing significant injuries during my visit. The bathroom lacked basic amenities like a toilet paper holder, leading to inconvenient issues with hygiene. Cleanliness was inconsistent. previous guests' items remained in my new room, and there were concerns about bite marks from potential bedbugs. Pool maintenance seemed lacking, with inadequate cleaning and chemical treatment during the stay.

Welcoming atmosphere, ideal if you're looking for a place with attentive staff who can assist with special requests like late check-outs and local dining recommendations.
